Fees for Performance License and Materials

Prices are in U.S. dollars and include shipping and handling within the continental U.S. Additional shipping will be charged for international orders. Additional license fees may be charged for venues over 400 seats.

  1. Basic Performance License – allows up to 5 performances and venues up to 400 seats. Includes the following materials:
    • Reproducible Script and Vocal Score. The script and vocal score will be made available to you electronically upon granting of license. You will have permission to make as many copies as you need for distribution to your cast.
    • 1 rented Piano Score. This will be sent in hard copy and you may use it for the entire rental period.
    • 1 Music CD original sound track with full vocals. This will be yours to keep and will be mailed along with the piano score. See below for permission to copy.

  1. Optional Items.
    • Accompaniment CD/Backing Track** rental only ($80.00). Instrumental music and sound effects from the original production. Can be used for rehearsals and performances. Upon request we can provide individual tracks in alternate keys to more closely match the vocal range of your cast ($8/song).
    • Permission to record your production of Pilgrim (Her Story) and distribute up to 200 copies to friends and family for non-commercial use ($75.00).
    • Orchestral Score. Includes alto sax, clarinet, french horn, piano, trombone, violin, viola, cello, acoustic guitar (1 song), harmonica (1 song), trumpet (optional on 1 song), synth (1 song). Guitar-style lead sheets are also provided. Drum score not included. Reproducible electronic PDF. Rental $125.

** The Backing Track was recorded during live performance, and there is slight vocal bleed-through on a few of the songs. However, this will be imperceptable when played with live singing.
